The apartment was fantastic, with top-notch furniture and equipment. The beds were fabulous, extra-wide singles that could be used individually or as an extra large super-king bed. The crockery was of excellent quality. The apartment was very clean and in good condition, it looked as if it had hardly been used before.
The cleanliness was not great upon arrival, with dust visible in several areas. However, the worst part was the presence of cockroaches.

My stay at Chic-Housing was fantastic! I stayed for a week to write a book, and the spacious and comfortable apartment provided the perfect environment for inspiration. The location, just 50m from Las Canteras Beach, was unbeatable, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself was well-equipped, with a comfortable bed, well-decorated living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the stable wifi allowed me to work seamlessly. I had a wonderful experience at Chic-Housing Las Canteras.
I would highly recommend this hotel.
